The “Don’t give up on me yet EP” is an exploration of love, resilience and human connection where Riky Bird gets to showcase his lyrical depth and cultural pride. 

“Amiini” has been the breakthrough of this EP as it has captured many hearts on all social media platforms especially Tiktok and radio stations across northern Uganda. Without any paid promotion, the song organically blew up online. This powerful response highlights the song’s rich content and emotional appeal, as people connect with its themes of love, reconnection, and support. 

Following close behind is “Apiyo” and “Sweetest Drug” which have emerged as the Ep’s next big Anthems. Both songs portray blissful love filled with promises and to make it even better “Apiyo” portrays the way a Luo man loves. 

The EP also includes:

 “Don’t Give Up on Me Yet,” a powerful anthem of persistence that highlights Riky Bird’s journey as an artist and his determination to succeed despite the challenges. 

“Ikin Wa” celebrates the strength of unity within human relationships. 

Finally, “Pig Wang” portrays the struggle of moving on from heartbreak, speaking to listeners  who have faced the emotional journey of letting go.
